Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 days of you placing the order using DHL E-Commerce, USPS or Packet depending on your location and the fastest available service. Once your order is shipped, you will be notified by email of your tracking number and a link to track the progress. Typical delivery time frame is between 15 to 21 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers so you can track them every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
